We've found the coin here - in Germany!
And I found a bunch of similar coins on the Net, but not the one in the picture!
It appears like a golden coin in the image - but the actual coin does not look golden like that.
Thank you!!

Jeton, minted by Hans (Iohann) Weidinger (master 1670-1727) in Nuremberg around 1688 - 1700.

Thank you so much, Aartin!!
I found some jetons by Weidinger on the Internet, but not this one. I'd appreciate some more information. Why are the English coat of arms on the coin? (Or am I wrong about that?)

Jetons were used as a counters in currency exchange, and that is why they were made in a shape of a particular coin, they symbolized the type of coin, namely the ore value. Jeton with English coat of arms matched english coin.

There is a plenty of different kinds of jetons, those from Nuremberg have even their own catalogue:
Mitchiner, M, 1988. Jetons, Medalets and Tokens, Volume 1. The Medieval Period and Nuremberg
Pity, but I don't have this catalogue on my bookshelf.
