Post by calfaro1 Sun Aug 07, 2011 5:51 pm

Hi im from El Salvador originally and my parents have many older coins from there and countries around there that i wanted to know how much they are worth. I have a group of coins that my parents call macacos that are very old coins made by hands before machines were used. I also have some spanish colonial ones from 1866. I wanted to know how to upload pictures so i can show.

Hi Calfaro,

To upload an image, you can click the icon with an image and a save disk, or you can upload your image via Imageshack.us and link it here.

Hey again!

The 2nd image is if a 1793 Spanish 8 escudos coin. The value of yours may depend, but they're selling for around $100 online.

For the last two, there was only about 300,000 made of the coin, Uncirculated is worth about $30, and a Very Good - Fine is worth about $15.

I can't tell what the first image is, sorry. :/
